These terms describe use of Planning Poker, operated by BisonInc. Questions: bzzup.dev@gmail.com. Please read these terms before creating or joining a session.

Using the service

Planning Poker helps teams discuss and estimate work. The current planning service is free to use and does not require an account. Use it lawfully and only share material you are authorised to provide. Do not attempt to access other teams' rooms, obtain guest tokens, bypass limits, disrupt the service or misuse it to harm others.

Your team and room access

Anyone with a valid room link or code can request to join by choosing a name. Share invitations only with intended participants. The original creator controls stories and voting rounds. Host access depends on the creator's browser token and is not automatically transferred to another guest. Clearing browser data or changing devices can lose that access.

Stories, screenshots and AI

You retain your rights in content you provide and allow us and our service providers to process it as needed to operate the requested features. Obtain any permissions needed for material belonging to your employer, clients or other people. Screenshot import sends the selected image to external AI processing; see the Privacy policy. Check extracted titles before saving. AI output and story-point averages are aids to discussion, not guaranteed facts or a substitute for your team's judgment.

Availability and limits

Service availability and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. Screenshot import currently permits five attempts per guest per hour and 500 shared attempts per application per UTC day. Other operational limits may apply. We may change features or limits, and restrict use that threatens security, breaks these terms or disrupts other teams. Do not rely on Planning Poker as the only copy of important work information.

Responsibility and changes

You are responsible for your use of the service and decisions based on estimates. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any future paid offering will have its price and applicable terms presented separately.

We may update these terms. The updated date on this page identifies the current version. Contact us if you have questions about a change.
